Use of Service

You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for account activity and data entered by your organization.

Billing and Subscription

Paid plans are billed on the agreed cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or specified in your agreement.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and content remain the property of ScaleUP CRM and its licensors.
